Nbt USB ports

Hi all

I have an f10 but it has the nbt - currently have one USB port in the armrest but I use this for audio...

Is it possible to fit an extra usb for the connected drive features?I have coded 6ns to my car, don't really want to have to fit the snap in adapter but if that's the case then I will

Any help is appreciated
Thanks

A full DIY is posted on this forum here.

Deeper in the thread they discuss ways of adding back a USB, or you can look here for the USB retrofit.

I opted for without 6NS because it gives more center console space and just coded EBT.

I have not tried, but have you tried a splitter?

I use my USB port for external drives and the following for charging:

I never use ConnectedDrive apps (expect Remote features).

If you meant a USB hub...that won't work.

Yeah if that thing is meant to allow two separate devices to connect to a port then it's a hub. The head unit and iDrive doesn't know how to work with a hub.
