Ok. Got the APK, installed the app. Seems to work. However, it doesnt seem to do more than the old BMW Remote app. Also, it's set to miles/gallons and doesn't seem to offer a metric setting.

I see no option to manage the in-car apps (such as calendar, wiki local, etc) and no option to monitor eco-pro performance. For this I still need the BMW Connected app with the red/white logo.

So basically.
Old BMW Remote app (red/white logo):
GPS location, remote control lights/horn/lock/ventilation in metric

New BMW Connected app (blueish/white logo):
GPS location, remote control lights/horn/lock/ventilation in imperial

Old BMW Connected app (red/white logo):
Eco-pro analyser, audioplayer, calendar, last mile, news, wiki local

Nothing to combine them all.
