I have a 2015 335, and the Nav traffic just quit working 2 days ago. Coincidentally that was the car's 2 year anniversary. Is the nav traffic tied to Sirius(which I am still subscribed to), or does it still work off the RDF FM radio band?

I have a 2014 F30 that came with Tech package. After 3 years (if I remember correctly), I had to renew the Real Time Traffic Information & Connected Drive Services -- each costs $50 for a 1 year renewal.

Thanks. I called BMW assist and they said it's still free for another year, but they don't know why it's not working.


They suggested calling the BMW Genius number on Monday. It goes in for service Wednesday, so I will ask then if BMW Genius cannot figure it out.
