no experience with the tire choices but from what i've read, you may also want to consider general gmax-rs or falken azenis fk510 in the ultra high performance summer category. the firestone is a good choice as well, though.
OOF. Typo on my part. Fixed it.. I meant 235 not 245. Thank you!
I saw the gmax-rs was a suggestion based on looking at the Firehawk Indy 500's. I'll have to check them and the falken's out a little more and read up on em.

Thanks again!

VMRWheels, I've been reading this thread for 2 years. Just placed an order for my F31 (xDrive) with kevin @ eas, I was too lazy to stop by your showroom.

V710s in Gunmetal
19 x 8.5 et35 / 9.5 et33
245/35 & 275/30 in the Ventus V12 Evo2 tires (more narrow than the PS4s)

Took the risk over the et45 rear based on your post somewhere in here and other threads. I hope I made the right call. It might look super aggressive, so wish me luck! I'm getting my KW V1s installed at the same time. I don't want it too low, just perfect fitment. Pics to come in the next few weeks.

Awesome, thanks for ordering! Looking forward to seeing some pictures! I will say that this is shaping up to be an aggressive fitment with that ET33 rear. The tire sizes should generally be within 1% for the xDrive system, but your sizes are at about 1.2%.

Aggressive as a bad thing? You said here on post 475 that you'd do et33 also. Thoughts VMRWheels ? https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...&postcount=475

Shoot, which website are you using for Diameter? I used 1010tires and I could of swore it was lower than 1%. Let me double check. What do you think kevin @ eas

Just installed some new legs on my (filthy) blue beauty. Thanks to Brandon at VMR for answering my 300 questions.

Silver 19x8.5/9.5 et35/45 V710
Continental extreme contact sport 235/40 and 265/35

Stock m-sport suspension, no spacers, no rubbing. Actually need some H&R's now...

As a side note, friends don't let friends use impact guns. If you have a friend, and he/she is going at installing their wheels with an impact gun...you slap them! Donkey who had this car before me apparently was trigger happy and it took a very long time to get the snows off...

I typically use tiresize.com. It looks like you got everything sorted with EAS, but let me know if you have any other questions!

Looking good! Those Hyper Silver V710's really pop on the Estoril Blue! Glad I could help!

Here are my Bronze Burst V710FF's on my Alpine White F30. 235/35/19x8.5 et.35 and 275/30/19x9.5 et.45. There's about a finger or less of room in the rear from the wheel to the frame, super tight fit. Tires are a little low profile for my liking but my budget couldn't be stretched for better fitting tires which were all higher tier tires. Been on the car for a couple weeks now and I'm happy overall, just need to lower it to get rid of the horrible gap due to the lower profile tires. (Third times a charm trying to post these pics properly... )

(edit: ANNNNNNNNNND already bent one this morning on a pothole... Thanks PA roads....)

I'll share

Pretty happy with these 19'' VMR 710's. I had them done in gloss black to match the trim. They even used black wheel weights

Compared to OEM they're .5 wider in front & 1.0 wider in the rear. I was running OEM staggered wheels with run flat tires. I could easily break the tires loose whenever I wanted (fish tailing is a hoot, but at a loss of acceleration).

Man what a difference regular tires (Michelin AS3) and slightly wider wheels make. I have significantly more traction than before. Feels like a much more competitive car now that I can put the power down to the road instead of sliding across it.

I wish the tires were a bit wider (to protect the lip) but VMR couldn't guarantee fitment or rubbing issues with anything else.

I painted the lug bolts to match the calipers/body, a nice touch IMO.

Anyways here's a few pics

Absolutely love the deep concave of these wheels!

Those look great on your EBII! You can go with 235/265 on the next set of tires for sure. They said the same about my fitment but i accepted the responsibility of the fitment if they didnt fit. After lots of research and bugging alohasurftoad enough i pulled the trigger on 235/265 setup for mine.

These look great in gloss black. I cant stand the matte black. They hard to keep clean?

Gloss anything is typically easier to clean than matte anything. The design of the wheels are inherently more difficult to clean. I use Griots Heavy Duty wheel cleaner & I picked up some wheel woolies that seem to work good.
