Coding request 440i. All sorted!

I'm picking up my car (440i Vert) manufactured in July last year from BMW Park Lane this Friday.

I have tried to book the car into our expert's in Southampton but it looks like that might not work.

I have a cable and a laptop...

Is there anyone free on my journey back to Liverpool for the 10pm ferry, who could do some coding for me on Friday? Things like the new i-drive style and Apple Car Play?

I'll be leaving London around noon, and either heading up the M1 or M40 then the M6 and M54 or A41 to Birkenhead (even via Whitchurch).

I'm in Warrington and in Oxford ways in a few weeks if that's any use?

Doug, I am on your way back... However, if you have a laptop and cable - it doesn't have to be done on Friday; can be done remotely.

Not to spoil anyones fun but I thought that Esys Launcher had now stopped working??

I know mine has....

My old windows laptop is so slow! So probably not up to the job! If you're around late afternoon? Maybe?

I have just bought Bimmercode and a dongle. But would really like the Idrive 6 skin if poss! Can bimmercode do this?

I've answered my own question.

All sorted now. Got unlimited Apple Carplay FSC codes! And Bimmercode will do the recoding that I want!

As someone else said, I've used Bimmercode and these features are easy enough to add. I will say this though, I thought the beep on lock would be cool - turned out to be a horrible tone! Disabled it again immediately...!
