Currently running 20s and I want a change

I want a setup with a fat tire and I'll lower the car finally

I was looking into 17" wheels with a 275/40 or 45 tire
OR
18" wheels with the same 275/40 or 285/40
OR
18" up front and 17" in the rear

It's an F32, but i'm running 18s with 245/40 front 275/35 rear.

I wouldn't go down to 17s. If you're going to stagger diameters then at least run a radial or something in the rear. But it won't look right with a regular street tire.

Nope, not at all. When you lower your car it naturally gains camber, so I'm using that to my advantage. Honestly I'm pretty sure a 285 could fit but I wanted to keep the rolling diameters similar front and rear.

Also I have an appropriate offset (et40) which is only 7mm more aggressive than stock. When people add 15mm spacers to the stock wheel, they're basically filling up the gap that a 285 would create with the stock offsets. Most people run lower offsets in the rear on aftermarket wheels because they want the rears to look concave, but i was willing to sacifice the look for more grip.

I am running 18x8.5 et35 up front and 18x9 et30 in the rear with my ARC8s. I have 245/40s and 275/35 F/R tires for them.

245/35 and 275/30 (9.5" rim) on M4 Reps ET35 front AND ET40 rear. Lowered on KW street comforts, but they didn't rub at all before or after the KWs were put on. Nice big rear tire, love the look and fit of this offset.

I just put VMR 19×9.5 in the rear, with 19x8.5 in the front. I'm running Michelin PS4S with 265/35/19 in the rear with 235/40/19 in the front. I was also looking for a meaty setup. They screwed up my rear offset, so I'm waiting for new rear wheels now...
Sorry, no proper side profile. I'll try to get a couple when my car is out of the shop...

Wheels name please? Weight? Im looking a rear set on 18 for grip with some sticky meaty tires lol. Im having hard time to find a light weight, strong, 18 et40+ offset, not too expensive wheels

MMM Not too bad but rear et35 on our cars poke a little bit, meaning you have to go for stretch tires and wont look so meaty. Do they have more offset for those wheels?

That being said, these won't be the wheels for you lol. They're discontinued and still pretty expensive on the used market. I bought them from a japanese auction for $2500 shipped. You might get lucky and find some new ones from a company that has leftover stock, but they'll be $700+ per wheel. For an actual track setup I look for wheels that 1. lean more to the strength side vs lightweight, and 2. Are easy to find in case i do damage a wheel (no matter how careful you are, things happen).

I ran 245/40/19 MPSS in front and 275/35/19 in rear with no issue on a F30.

Both those sets are available if interested from your previous message.
