G30 540ix. Maybe S5, or V60 T6. C class or Giulia are no options, as they are way too small inside.

I want an M3 but the prices are still so overinflated plus extra insurance cost and gas expense. Not that I am selling anytime soon. Just wondering...
Audi A5 Sportback.

A V8 4th gen Toyota 4Runner. That's actually what I drive when I don't drive my F30. Totally different driving experience and that's what I love about it. Also, great off road and VERY reliable!

probably another f32 but with the b58 lol, what can i say I love this car

When I was in the market for a new car it was between an f32, an f13 (with the n63) or an audi s5 but I simply loved BMW too much to jump over to Audi, but i dont think I will get a G series coupe in the future might go to audi or and f82

Ideally move from a 330i x drive into an m3 of some sort. Or even more ideally, a decade old Maserati quatroporte, they sound amazing and have nearly 500 hp. Only issue with that one is next to no mechanic shops in the entire province know shit about a ferrari

i3 incentive is very strong, a $50k i3 can go for around $30k OTD(after fed credit).

I don't see any 3-4 yr old Panamera that is $30k.

In my case, now that my F30 is sold, I am now driving a G20.

I see several in the $30k range. But that's not the whole picture. Used Panameras have already seen a majority of their depreciation. i3's drop like a rock and the fed credit factors into the secondary market. The Panamera was never incentivized so there is no instant $7500 depreciation. I love the i3 because the residual is still in the 50's which doesn't include the incentives. That makes for a ultra low out of pocket for the lease.

Good points, esp. the i3 resale is hit by the fed credits.

BMW's phev(e.g. 330e) has similar resale issue, with mpg in hybrid mode 10-20% lower than ice(e.g. 330i)....

In contrast, panamera's as ice has stable/predictable resales.

My second choice was a Tacoma TRD Pro (manual, obv). My fast vehicle has two wheels, so that would have worked just fine for me.

Well, I sold my E39 528 Touring and bought my F30. So, I suppose I would still be driving that but thank god I am not. It needed a lot of work on top of all the work I had already put into it.

Lexus RCF, its probably only a matter of time before I scratch the V8 itch. Not many in the UK and prices are a bit daft at the moment. That said I only have 12k on the 340i and feel like I've hardly used the thing. I fancy a change though.

This is a very good question because many of us - including me - chose F3x with B58 engines after examining all other alternatives.

My non-F3x choice would be X5.

50K??? I wouldn't have a 50k car.
If I couldn't have my F30 in the price I was buying it, I would drive an F10 and probably be happy.

The 2nd owner of my 20-year E39 530i 5MT still drives the car, but he complains that parts are getting expensive and hard to find.

He averages around $1500/10k miles at local mechanics + DIY.

I've got a 328i M-sport with DHP, go flat tires, and Dinan Shockware. I love this car and have no plans on changing.

But, to answer your question, I'd get a 3er with a B58 inline 6 engine. I don't need the power since my 328i is plenty fast enough. But my wife's G05 X5 has the B58 engine and it is so smooth and so perfect. I can only imagine how awesome it would be in a smaller, lighter vehicle.

For under 50k I would consider, SQ5, S5 (sportback or coupe), C43 AMG coupe, GLC43 AMG, X3M40i, M340i, Supra, Stinger, RC 350, F82 M4, there is a lot of cars I'm interested in.

That's not too terrible to be honest. Mine was in pretty good shape mechanically, it was just leaking from everywhere. I am very happy with my F30 though.
