Hi all,

Got a little too confident with x-drive this morning and attempted my mountain of a driveway after a snowstorm and ended up cracking my taillight.

Trying to find the best place to buy a replacement. I'm not sure if I have LCI or not. Can anybody identify my tail lights from these pictures and point me in the right direction on where to get a replacement. The car is a 2013 bmw 335 x-drive sedan with the m-sport package.

Thanks!

You have the pre-lci, but LCI upgrade isnt too expensive and makes a big difference (:

Thanks guys. I'm thinking about doing an LCI conversion now. I'd like to stay OEM however don't want to spend $800. I see many cheap Aftermarket LCI sets on eBay for around $400

Has anybody had any luck with a cheap eBay set? I was looking at the Depo LCI tail lights specifically if anyone has any reviews on them.

You should try the depo lights. If you install OEM, you'll have all sorts of wiring issues.

I've seen way more complaints about issues with DEPO over OEM tails. Cracks, leaks, discoloration, and condensation/fogging are the main culprits on the Chinese replicas (DEPO). Nothing wrong with the OEM ones as long as you order the right wiring harness + drip rails. Either way you need to do coding.
I'd recommend OEM LCI blacklines or the standard red ones, you can get them fairly cheap used on these forums or eBay.
Even new, OEM blacklines are only $485+shipping on Schmeidmann.
Do it once, do it right.

Thanks for the info. I ended up ordering the DEPO tail lights. However, after reading your reply above I kind of wish I ordered the Schmiedmann ones seeing as they aren't much more expensive. I'll give a review on the DEPO lights once I install them
