Speaking to TRL late last year, he says that BMW were cracking down on Dealers arranging finance that was then paid off the following day. I've done that with a Mini and the 440. I'm assuming that they were dis-incentivising (is there such a word?) the Dealers.
In any case, on the M340i I was looking at was coming out at the same money however it was financed.
