New, unused, and never installed. I purchased the item from TechnicPnP website but no longer need it for my install. Less than 1 month old. Selling here since Technic does not accept returns once an item is removed from the package.

Hi is this the only part needed to swap factory amp? Are there any additional harnesses or bypasses needed? And is it good for F36 7 channel model? Also would you please suggest any decent amps for bavsound speakers and subs? Sorry for that many questions)

Yes this is good for F36 7 channel (as long as it is not the Harmon Kardon or Bang Olfesun System).

Only additional harness you might need is the ASD bypass (if your BMW comes with the option that plays engine noise through the speakers)

Good amps to use are

Bimmertech Amp (a modified MATCH PP82DSP)

My personal route was an Alpine H800 DSP to a JL XD800/8 (I wanted to keep my center channel and Alpine properly processes a center channel)

Thanks for your help! If I bough match pp82dsp would I need an additional dsp? Im trying to get a decent audio instead of hifi garbage, but don't want to spend a lot as my 428i is a lease and only 16 months left.. Do you know any good underseat subs on a budget? For speakers I will probably get open box bavsound stage one from their clearance website

No need for additional DSP. The Match PP82DSP is both an amp and a DSP in one.

All the underseats are kind of pricey.
