Waiting until Dec 25th for mine (I hope) and the chrome piece as well. Now I need that surround for the headlight switch. I think my interior is done... I hope!

Stop! I ordered the surround, due just after Christmas! There is the inlay on my steering wheel... I want the carbon fibre piece for there.... darn it!

Mate I want that stupid carbon fiber trim for my steering wheel so bad...and it costs like $300. Wtf!

I linked it to ECS tuning on my Amazon wish list! US$145 or AUD 193 at current roe. I have an M Sport. Not sure if you have this?

Not this, I meant the entire 'spoke' in CF...like rollthedice has.

If you want just this trim in CF, you can vinyl wrap it like I did. 30 minute job that'll cost you $10.

But I will want the entire spoke trim in CF.

Not sure on the piece you mean, sorry. I have the M Performance interior with the dry Carbon Fibre which makes it more complicated to match with vinyl wrap (and I never tried to do that either). Got a photo of it? Cheers.

Top pic is my steering before I did the vinyl work. Note the dull grey CF trim at the center of the steering wheel bottom spoke.

Middle pic is after I vinyl wrapped the trim and installed paddle extensions.

Bottom pic is roll_the_dice's steering. That entire bottom spoke in CF is what I want, just with red instead of blue.

I got it. That does look great (love the paddles too). I’m just going with the insert. The dull grey works for me as I have the dry carbon.

$300 is high... but it is cool looking!
