Called me in the afternoon to tell me that if I came over again they'd start working on it.

So I head over and talk to the painter.
Turns out, even if they had shown up in the morning, painter was booked up for another week so wouldn't even have been able to work on the car so I'm guessing Umnitza guys did not communicate with the painter beforehand even though they had like a week or so to do so.

So ended up setting an appointment for later date and they agreed to fix little issues on all parts and repaint the rear bumper.

Still pisses me off that the Umnitza guys did not only not show up in the morning, they also did not contact painter to make sure it could be done on the day they told me to come over. Both in the morning and in the afternoon... I mean, what's the point of having me come over if they can't work on it anyway.

Anyway I'll see how I really feel after it all gets done and the quality of work. In the end, I'd rather get it fixed than anything else.
