It turns out my car got on a boat a couple of days ago(12/07)! It finally showed up in the system two days later and my CA informed me today! Even the live BMWUSA person didn't have more information until today. I guess it's not on WW after all. It is on a ship called Hercules Leader and it left Bremerhaven on 12/07, due to arrive at the US port on 01/02. It's good that the shipping interval out of Bremerhaven isn't as bad as I thought.

I don't really think you have any recourse with the dealer, but possibly with BMW. Its on them for the equipment not being available. Give Customer Care a call and see if they can offer anything.

Live BMW Rep told me it can sit there for weeks before it's loaded and this is normal. They gave me zero info beyond that no matter how hard I pressed.

Here's port schedule for Faust. Its showing an arrival to NY on 4/1/15. I was supposed to get the car in January or February to lock in the ultimate driver exp discount and the holiday discounts. How accurate are these ship schedules?

They're fairly accurate. Maybe a couple days off here and there. Its says Faust will arrive January 4th, so you'll definitely have the car in January.

It does say 4/1, except thats set up the way they do it in Europe, with the date coming before the month.
