To debadge or not, that is the question....

A non important or interesting post, but would still like some opinions please

In two minds whether I like the badges, have seen a few cars recently without any and it looks cleaner, doesn't it.

So question is to debadge or not?

I currently have both the Xdrive and 330d on the boot.

Thanks

Debagde. Not because it's a x-drive and diesel, but it makes the whole car looks sleeker and easier to clean/polish/wax etc.

Plus the surprise factor can be amusing

forget to spec mine but asked dealer to debadge at pick up,so much better and cleaner as you say, particularly on F31 as rain really messes up the back.

I debadged to hopefully reduce the chance of getting to much interest from criminals...

I actually think it looks much better too.

I did spec mine with model deletion, but have added it back on and will remove myself later if i decide.

I have removed them from all my previous cars, just looks cleaner.

Debating does look cleaner, but I've kept the badge on every car 520d to m4. Just feels right.

I specced removal of the side badges and left the 440i on the back but may take that off as well later.

I don't see any need to advertise to others what my car is, especially not when it clutters the exterior of it!

Just think it looks better wearing the badge. If I saw a classic e30 325i/320i without the model badge it would just look stupid, IMO. But ETTO.

Put a 318D badge on it. Then watch for the puzzled looks on 2.0 audi drivers as they get left behind.

If 80's chavs could debadge VW's without waking the owner then debadging your own car has to be easy
