Wheel Fitment

I recently bought a 2016 340i XDrive and need to get winters. I found a really good deal off an m3 but the size of them are 255/35/19 at all 4 corners. Would I run into any problems with this?

Those are tire spec you listed... what are the spec for the wheels ( diameter x wide and ET offset)

I'd run 225's for the winter, you'll get better traction with narrow tires.

This in most cases! Unless it's maybe a studded ice drag race or something

I run VMR 19x8.5 ET35 all around and they fit well.

I live in California so I don't have experience with snow but in theory thinner tires is better in snow... 225/40 or 235/40. If you must run 255 just be careful out there

Just go east! Up in the foothills should have been some snow during the winter. I can't remember the exact road, but we hit snow it like 30 mins all the time and had fun in parking lots.

I did spend my January over in east coast Boston Massachusetts... I did drove in snow, wierd feeling... I drove a Subaru XV with all season tires. So not much of experience.

I've been to big bear but drove a Mitsubishi Montero AWD. So not much to say about traction there.

Ahahahaha I enjoy the sun more than the snow too.
But doesn't hurt to see snow once in awhile

I said 30 minutes, not a full trek to the other side of the pond.

What the F did you not read? I have a pencil here, let's hope we don't meet wick style.
