Drive train malfunction

So I got my n20 engine replaced by a sketchy mechanic. It threw a check engine light (code p1327). Whenever I cold start the car and give it medium throttle, the car gives me a warning saying “Drivetrain malfunction” and goes into limp mode. It’s been this way for over a year and I just recently heard it hurts my gas mileage as well. Kinda tired of this going on, any thoughts on what I should do?
