What values should i keep in the OEM. I did not understand the last image with the percentages (sorry i'm not expert with this programs)...
Just set everything to OEM. You only get the sliders if you select custom for one of the options.

Thanks
Tom Wrigley Performance got big gains on 93 with a Cary Jordan tune. I'm planning on going that route myself after I upgrade the HPFP.
Fairly certain both his m240 and the f80 are paul custom tuned not Cary

You're right. I was thinking it was Cary.

I'm getting a very odd almost slippage. I'm stage 2 with catless downpipes and it seems that whenever i get on the gas hard in second or third at 3-4K RPM the car kind of shakes/shudders a little bit. any ideas? car is a six speed if that has anything to do with it

Try to do a log. The shaking you mentions makes mt think it's not throttle closure. I'm 6MT too and haven't started slipping (yet). I'm at 31k miles. Do you launch from a stop often?

I rarely ever launch from a stop. It happens when I give it like 75% throttle, gets up to about 3-4K RPMs, then the RPMs shoot up to like 5-6K, simultaneous with the shaking, and then drop back down to 3-4K as I'm letting off the gas. Happened in 2nd and 3rd, haven't tried in any higher gears yet

Sounds like it's time for a 335is/550i clutch lol.

Defintely clutch slip unless you're lighting up the tires. If you have a log, post it up.

You think it's the clutch? I wasn't sure if that's what it was. Even though I'm not on the clutch when this happens?

I'll get a log tomorrow and put it up, sounds like the consensus is the clutch so guess I'll be looking for the 550i clutch soon

Maybe I've missed it, but are there any updates for the BM3 transmission flash for the B58 (auto 8hp50, not manual)?

I know they were working on one, and had testers out there using it. I was looking at xHP, but where I already have a BM3 tune (stage 1), would prefer to "keep it in the family" if possible

I forgot my laptop at work so I haven't been able to get a log yet...but would clutch slippage cause the drivetrain malfunction light to come on? Happened again last night. Few pulls in 4th gear, got a little slippage, and on the last one the drivetrain malfunction light came on. I'm hoping it's just the clutch and nothing serious

Haven’t seen anything about that but I’m with you it would be easier since we’re already have there software

Well I got my laptop and sure enough...

Guess it's time for a new clutch. Really strange because the car only has 22,500 miles. And I've had 4 other manual BMW's before this so it's not my driving that's the issue

Yep I have had a bunch of issues on other cars so I didn't doubt it. I've also seen it disable cruise control. It just depends on what safeties the OEM puts in place to protect the car.

The good news is you can probably do a torque reduction in the config menu and flash that map. At least then you can put the power down without errors until you get a new clutch. Did you get a chance to log at all, or just check the error codes? I wonder if it's from a boost spike. It seems like some stage 2 people get boost spikes/throttle closures that'll increase the torque that your clutch sees.

Can you add your experience here? Just to keep the info in one place.

I was traveling all weekend so I didn't get the chance to log so I'll see if I can get that done today. I'll add my experience to the thread. I'm just curious because I had a JB4 stage two on my previous 340i and there were never any clutch issues. Had it tuned for 20K miles no issues.

I'm wondering if my new commute is bad for the clutch, I bought this car at 19K miles in June and now I'm at 22,500k, my commute Monday-Friday is very short, .8 miles one way. So when I get to work, the car is still cold. Then I turn it on after work, drive .8 miles home and shut it off cold again. I wonder if this is causing pre mature wear on the clutch

Just flashed stage 1 and WOW! This thing pulls like a freight train in all gears.
Does anybody know when the GTS Roar engages? I started it up this morning and it didn't do it, maybe because it was cold outside (40f)?

Also, did anybody else's Sports Display change to absurd numbers? My car definitely isn't making 580 lb/ft

Yeah it doesn't do the roar when it's ice cold. I wish it was a little more sustained and maybe a bit lower. It'd be cool if it was customizable.
