Coding for 6NR BMW Apps?

I have a 2018 F85 with NBT EVO. I think it's been coded bc it has full-screen mirroring support and the M logo on startup, but I'm trying to use BMWApps with AAIDrive and failing.

I've downloaded the MyBMW app and paired the phone to my car but AAIDrive does not connect and I don't have a BMWApps option in the car menus. I do have connecteddrive and can schedule service / receive messages / lock the car remotely / etc.

Should I try a USB connection?
Maybe I need to use BMWConnectedDrive instead of MyBMW?
Am I missing some coding (e.g. enhanced BT, BMWApps)

Thanks again (and in advance) for any help you can offer. I have coded options before on the E90 and E71 chassis.
