SF E.Bay: Need tech to code away seat issues
Hi,
I need a mechanic recommendation who can help with a sport seat swap coding issue. I’ve gone through a number of mechanics and most are unable to help. I believe the issue is well understood by people on this forum but I get blank looks when describing it to shops. My issue is written up here. My sport seat swap has a seat module problem that should be able to be coded away. https://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...php?p=30001305 Ideally Walnut Creek / Pleasanton area. Thanks for recommendations!! |

Do you have a screen shot of the code it throws in ISTA with the new module by chance (from your mechanic)?

I was impressed with VT’s shop: it was a well-equipped full-on BMW tuning shop with several generations of modded bimmers on their lifts. I was checking out a E46 M3, an E30 with S52 engine swap, a race prepped / caged 1- Series, etc. Very easy to work with people, totally recommended. Thanks for the referral!!. |
