Ah, I hope this doesn't sell quickly. I want to advertise the A6 bitdi next week (crap weather stopped me from advertising this weekend just gone) and if it sells, I'd be extremely interested

I've set the price to cover the cost of my outstanding finance and not to make money, so based on the five calls from AT and a PM that I've had since lunchtime, I'd say that it's good value.

Hopefully someone will buy it and enjoy it like I've done for the last three years.

Worst negotiation tactic ever. Unless you're travelling a long way to see the car, I don't see why any seller would negotiate with someone who hasn't even bothered to view the car.

Dvla turnaround has been very fast lately, got mine in less than a week when I bought mine in feb, and recently updated for private reg and that was the same

Fingers are slightly crossed still. The guy hasn't even seen it yet, yet he transferred Â£100 deposit and is prepared to wait until next Saturday. The car is as described, a few small stone chips obviously but I hope that he'd accept that from a 3 year old car.

I enjoyed washing and waxing it today..... if only for my own pleasure!

I paid a deposit on mine without seeing it and travelled 5 hours to pick it up, fr the right car these days people know they have to secure it and travel!

I would have done the same with yours if I’d not already picked one up

I've done this many times before (leaving a deposit without viewing). I missed out on this one, just listed my car today but my hunt will go on. Good luck with the replacement, hope all goes well for you.
