I also have the Evo-Map.
For this Map there is still no Generator available.
So i gave up to generate a FSC and bought it on Ebay for 30€ (Lifetime Code).
It is not possible to install another Map.

You are correct it is 41 for Premium as well (0x2D 0x41)! But i end up doing the lifetime code and put "FF" in place of 41.

Do you have an OBD-ENET cable and E-Sys for your car?
So you can read the 1b-file and try to generate the FSC.

Unfortunately not. I've heard it can be generated via the VIN though, with the right software?

But as you see unfortunately that doesn't work very reliably.
