Thanks Brandon!
Since you're in this business, I feel it would be wise for me to get your opinion on some things I plan on doing. I bought a luxury line because I wanted Saddle Brown plus I have a few mods planned out, so no point for the other lines. Anyway, the question is I want to lower my car. Obviously I don't have the Sport Suspension because it's not an option here in Canada if you're going with luxury line. Would you advise me getting the H&R Sport Springs to lower the car? Should I get anything else? I've spoken to a few auto shops and they were like the H&R Sport or Super Sport springs are fine as it is. I'm buying a $60K car, so I want to make sure everything I do is safe for me and the car and not cause any future problems. Is there another set you'd advise me getting instead of the H&R? Please let me know. Thanks as always! P.S. this is the first time I'm lowering a car!

I have never been in an F30 with H&R springs, but I have had them on my e92 and they seemed a little loose feeling on that car. I have also had Eibach springs which I liked a lot, that were on my e46 M3. Later I had KWV2 coilovers on my e92 which provided the best ride since it is matching the spring to a strut/shock that is designed for the shorter travel distance. I am sure the H&R springs will be safe and fine on your F30, many people here have them and I have only heard good things about them. You will likely need an alignment done after the install since the drop is over 1" on the base model F30. |

Really nice looking car (apart from the wheel gap then ).
I personally just wished that the grey was a tad lighter (more like Space grey) then I would have been all over it. I went with Melbourne instead on mine. |
