Does anyone know if the MY14 F30/F31 come with EU6 as standard?

On the press release by BMW UK back in May, it said "EU6 classification standard for all series" and "the number of diesel models, which are also equipped as standard with BMW BluePerformance and as a result also achieve the EU6 classification, is also to increase."

In the latest pricing, you still have to pay nearly £1,000 for the BluePerformance option on all diesels. I don't want to pay for something that BMW UK has said would be standard from 07/13 production.
