New 335D seat belt problems for small of stature
Collected my 335d M sport today and was very surprised to see that the seat belt anchorage drivers side has no slider to lower anchorage by 4 inches or so (normal on lots of cars).
Result is that whilst setting memory for seats , my wife has the belt very close to her chin (shes 5ft 1) even with the seat lifted to Max. Anyone come across this problem before and how to solve? No I'm not buying a different car!!!! Seriously grateful for any sound advice? Last edited by Eccles Ken; 03-01-2014 at 11:03 AM.. |

It is something I always use in every car I get in.. Pretty sure my car has it. My e93 convertible, e46 convertible had it...
You got me thinking, going to go and check for you Edit: Just went out and checked, you are correct! There isn't one! Which brought back my memories of how frustrated I got when I first got the car and realised it didn't have one... Anyway hopefully you will both get used to it.. I did anyway... Hope you're enjoying the beast Last edited by MWA; 03-01-2014 at 03:03 PM.. |
