If you can do it, great. I could pay off everything. But i wouldn’t have any emergency funds left.

Could have paid cash for my 2020 F32 440 but with BMWFS offering 2.99% and the S&P500 returning 14.52% ytd, well, you do the math.

Congrats

I'm in the club. I was intending to keep my car for 3 years, have it paid off by then and use its value in a trade-in. I did pay it off in 3 years, but loved it so much I still have it and it's now 6 years old. BMW love for you...

...although I'm now going back into loans for an M850i. That one will require some "extra effort" financially

congratulations to you all that paid off your cars... now you can all start saving for a new one...lol... you all talk that the money just appeared out of nowhere... lol...

I had option of buying cash but interest rates were so low I took a loan and I took the money and invested it... quick calculation shows I'm a little ahead of the game...

And after I pay off my car, I keep making the payments to myself every month, into a savings account. Builds up my next down payment while serving as an emergency car repair fund if needed. That is how I got the cash for my F32!

Bought my car in Jan 2019 and paid it off in October 2020. I also hate debt unless it makes me money. Now on to paying off my condo asap. Cheers!

I wonder how many of you own homes that you have mortgages on?
Home in general have lower interest fee, and it is a much bigger quantity out of pocket.
I financed my house 15 years, but will be paid off in 12.5 years.
Salary reduction because of COVID made me reduce my monthly payment, otherwise it would be paid in 12 years.
