F30 Lci Drl

Hello guys, as you guys may know, the DRL look really bold when the low/high beam lights are off (just like on the first picture)

But, as you turn the low/high beam lights, the DRL will be dimmer and makes the DRL look a bit blurry (on the second picture)

Is there any way to code it? I don't know why BMW does this though. It makes the lights look bad at night.

Thanks,

Yes, I have coded DRL intensity when the lights are on using Bimmercode. If I remember correctly, there are "presets" of 10% increments in the app.

I started a thread complaining about the same thing a few weeks ago - totally agree with you. The headlights look flooded.

Thanks a lot man. Just ordered an OBD II Scanner and downloaded Bimmercode. I can't wait

Have you tried increasing the DRL brightness using Bimmercode? Some people said it will add glare to oncoming vehicles. I can't wait to give it a try. Will update soon.
