That ^ is with no PI right? Not shabby.

I won't be tuning for meth but still, think I can see performance gains with the OTS Stage 2 tune by keeping IATs down and increasing octane. Also thanks for the reminder about the solenoid. I read about that in the install instructions. Having the solenoid allows for more freedom of mounting options since without it you could gravity feed the nozzle if the nozzle is below the tank (which it would be with the nozzle in the charge pipe and using the windshield wiper tank as the meth tank).

I'll look into the AEM kits.
I'd recommend AEM too. I've also used Coolingmist, Devils Own and Snow Performance in the past.

Boost is low but timing is between 6 and 11.5 degrees advanced to redline. I thought that was good.

on a side note...datasap.me is pretty cool!

That's one slow PWG to be honest, I've seen F30_SixSpeed PWG BM3 Logs and on 93 they look way better

it's not all in the target boost.....slow because it's not blasting useless hot air at 16psi at redline lol ????...how do the logs look better...???

i would not go to the trouble of WMI without tuning for it and optimizing it...maintenance is ongoing, failsafes are iffy (no real DME integration aside from ?JB), only benefit at WOT...to my thinking WMI only makes sense if A) you have NO access to e85, B) you have good 93, C) you drive hard in high ambients D) have lots of extra time to monitor, troubleshoot, maintain and curse failing kit parts and E) you're good at remembering to pray when you spray

e85/pump mixes have their downsides (fetching, storing, calculating) but IME has been infinitely more reliable with better results...primarily due to the fact e30 maps make adjustment at all loads...this means effectively tuned for ~95oct...

if i were to go WMI, i'd be going with aquamist, AN/braided lines, multiple nozzles, stealth tank etc...no messing around...near $2K...vs a $99 OTS e30 map...
I dont agree with you. The stand alone meth systems dont have any maintenance, other than of course, filling up the tank with methanol. Your WOT fueling should be consistent based on tune, methanol will be consistent based on how you set the controller, and the computer will learn timing/knock values if it has any retard learned prior to using methanol. Worst case if it doesnt work, knock sensors kick in and retard timing to previous values, but since the car isnt tuned for it, it really wont matter whether it works or not. It sees gains from the cooling effect and octane, and if/when it isnt available, its just normal. Those who choose to be on the edge of safety by extracting the most timing/boost out of methanol, and have the means to properly monitor the system and adjust for it may be fine, but those who dont, read the stuff you put on here, do the same thing, and dont, end up being the ones out an $8,000 engine because they didnt know any better. There is no reason to spend 2K on a methanol system... ive installed PLENTY of the $500 kits with only the mandatory extras such as a solenoid for vac/boost control and some trim pieces to make the install look nice.
