Rough start, cold and warm

Hello my 2014 435i seems to have an issue when starting it won’t idle steadily until about after 10 seconds? It sounds like a cammed corvette in a way? It sits around 800 then shoots up before settling down. Or keeps hopping up then finally down (hence the chopping noise)I have only stalled out once from this where the engine just didn’t settle and turned off. I do have a cold air intake, but I’m not recieving any codes for air mass or maf sensor issues. Can high oil pressure on start cause this? I keep getting that code even after replacing my oil pressure sensor.
Also when I go to rev the car or accelerate sometimes. I will press the gas pedal and it will be delayed to rev unlike sometimes it is instantly responsive.

Sorry if this is a little all over the place. I’m still figuring out formatting.

Any ideas or advice?

You don't have any codes at all?

Nothing that would cause anything like that.
