Is coding requred when changing out clockspring?

I just purchased a new clock spring, but see that coding may be required?

If so, what would be needed and what programs?

No

A clock spring only passes the electrical connection through it. It does not alter the signal with an ecu.

You're right, it was just a plug and play. Reset the error codes, and everything is working fine. Thanks.
