Met a buddy at Cars and Coffee in Evergreen, got to try out drone shots on a moving vehicle for the first time. Got transmission slip and an error code in first gear, so I got that going for me now.

*Transmission slip ended up being misfire cylinder six while in manual sport plus mode, so when the ECU went limp mode and shifted out it pinged red line twice before I let off the gas. This led me to believe the transmission slipped, when in reality I just did the spark plugs at 60k miles and figured "well we will do the ignition coils when they go, heard some go as long as 80k miles!"

The Foxwell 510 Elite is a nice OBDII tool.

New to me
Since picking up I have tinted the windows, changed out the grills, smoked LED turn signals. Have a CF rear wing on order, debating putting vinyl on the roof, still looking into wheel packages and setups.

Has anyone been able to do anything with the headlights, I want to get the chrome out?

Planning very moderate power mods.

Curious what power mods you’re interested in. I have a 2018 330 GT so b46 (I think) which is SULEV (again, I think) so I’m hesitant about doing anything if I buy it off lease in December.

Still researching what I want to do but will probably do, FMIC, CP, Intake, ABE or CBE and along with a tune.

Looks great. Try sourcing the shadow line headlights. They get rid of most of the chrome.

I understand intercooler, charge pipe, intake, and then you lost me (except for tune). ABE/CBE?

Axle back exhaust or cat-bat exhaust, although I may just change the whole plumbing including the downpipe. There is modifications needed to use market available exhaust systems on the GT though.

Seen a couple post about modding the headlights. I’m a huge fan but don’t have the time for it. Anyone in the bayarea willing to do the work, I’m willing to pay.

Off topic but suhweeet sand Yota, just got a 21 Lunar Rock Sequioa.

I got the exhaust note through some trickery, mainly slapping a mic to the tow hook.
