Just as the title, have anyone tried or heard that it's possible?

Anything is possible, it will just need modification to work.

It also would not sound as good as an exhaust specifically designed for your car

Agreed ^^ . If you're thinking Quads, maybe consider Eisenmann

Edit: just noticed you have a 428 ... Not sure if this exhaust (or any other quad setup) would get the same desired effect with your engine.

GTHaus is a great choice for a loud exotic exhaust on your car

2015 BMW M3  [6.50]
Last I heard, the M3/M4 engine has twin turbos, and likely twin exhaust pipes just like the previous N54 engine in the E9x 3 series. The 435i has a twin-scroll single turbo with one exhaust pipe into a muffler with two outlets (same as my 335i). Adapting an exhaust meant for dual pipes to a single pipe would be a very expensive modification that would likely not work as well as any of the aftermarket exhausts designed for the N55 engine.
