My BM3 Stage 1 335xi PWG results

Sharing my dyno on 10/11 at nice 72 degrees. This was before version 8 pwg update release. Overall I'm pretty happy. We'll see how the version 8 feels soon.

VRSF FMIC/CP, BMC drop in, 93 octane

Bests of 316.2 RWHP/427.9 RWTQ

Nice! Any plans on going stage 2? Also what's a BMC? And did you do a baseline run without the tune?

Yep stage 2 in the spring. No baseline. This is the BMC filter.

Yes, if you max out the turbo at all rpm as done here. You basically make a tractor out of it. It is a lot of fun especially for city driving. Crazy responsive and will spin the wheels easily.....but a bit of a shame when you have an engine that otherwise rev happily to 7k.

Sport/+ in city driving isn't unmanageable then?

I have almost the identical setup and was wondering how much I would put out on a dyno; it's been tough finding an AWD dyno near me for some reason. Thank you for posting the slip. If you want to know about what you'll hit on 0-60 and quarter mile, see my dragy results below. It shows 12.7, but I had let off already as the road in Mexico was running out which is why the lower trap speed. I figure it will run 12.6 all day. BTW, I don't have a downpipe but tried the BM3 stage 2 for a bit. It was the middle of the summer and it was getting extrememly hot under the car, and I just didn't see the advantage of "upgrading". When you do, I would like to see that dyno slip!

ProjectBoost, I see you have different twin spoke rims in your profile pic, but in your running the course signature pic, I think I see OEM rims. Did your M-sport come with OEM 19's? If so, because you're an x-drive, were they staggered? I just have the 18's square all around and want OEM 19's square, but all of the 442's or M3 rims I ever see for sale are staggered.

You have an EWG vs OP’s PWG. Your dyno results will not see as big of a drop at higher RPM and will push a little more HP/torque with the bigger turbo.

Not an m sport car. I had the 18" OEM 397 wheels in the signature pic.

This is very helpful thank you - what was your baseline like? Curious with drivetrain loss and what your starting point was
