Question Going to Bootmod3 Stage 2 on an N26 328i

I asked the same over on r/F30 a few days ago to see what input I could get, of which running a larger intercooler seems like a good idea, so it has been added to the list, however the core of what I was looking for answer wise was still left unanswered, so I figured I'd ask here.

Seeing as there is a lot of convoluted information on what the needed mods are to move from stage 1 to stage 2, I figured I'd get some clarification.

I'm well aware that it is a must to go for either a catless or otherwise highflow downpipe when going from stage 1 to stage 2, but seeing as F30's that are running the n26 are double catted I'm not sure if the secondary cat should also be deleted.

Overall, I've currently got a catless downpipe, a new charge pipe, and a larger intecooler on the list of changes I need to make before going to Stage 2, but seeing as there is no "official" information when it comes to specifically the N26 I wanted to make sure that was all I would need before making the switch.

(P.S. I live in the DFW area of TX where emissions are stricter than in other counties, and wanted to know if going catless with the 2nd cat still there would be an acceptable option for dealing with passing emissions. I am aware that both O2 sensors are on the downpipe so IDK how that would all work out...)
