Anything I need to know before putting 20" wheels on my 2014 F32 xDrive? I am not lowered. Edit these are the correct new sizes.
20x9 front wrapped in 235/35/20
20x10 rear wrapped in 275/30/20
Offset for front is +35 rear is +38

Someone please lmk if they'll fit

Nope. They come from factory with staggered options. 20" will be a tougher ride with less rubber. I think people prefer 19's. I also don't think you can get more than 9" in the back without rolling the fenders. Could be slightly wider... not sure.

Make sure you have tire/wheel damage insurance. With New York roads you'll need it. One of the reasons I have 17s is my yearly trip to NYC, and the strong desire to be able to drive home again.

I currently have 8.5 front and 9.5 rear but on 18's will the 20's be an issue?

Oh nice! Then you shouldn't have any issue with 9.5" 19's!

Do any third party companies offer this?

Oem height is 26 in
Your tires are 27.7 in

My question is about the 1% rule. Does it apply to height compared to oem or just staggered size comparison. Also how much is your odometer off? Can anyone confirm this height is safe???

Looks good. Can you post a side pic. I’d like to see fender gap at stock height with these tire sizes. Did you have space to go with higher profile tire?
