Retrofit rear footwell lights?

Hey everyone, has anyone actually tried to add footwell lighting for the rear like you see in the G20? I got light package and suddenly wondering, what if i just add rear footwell lights too... I thought it would be pretty cool for the F30 to also have the ambient lighting, i never seen anyone do it and don't want to buy those silly rgb strips. The thing is i haven't been able to put my head under the seat to see if there is some kind of mounting point which i doubt. If nobody has tried this, well then i'm stepping forward to say i'm going to this and perhaps make a guide how i will do it, i assume i just make wiring acording to the diagram, then use a Y cable to avoid cutting cables or taking pins out so it basically plugs in cleanly, this is probably the same method i'm going to go for the pillar ambient lights and other lights in the future. Here is an example of what i'm going to try:

It would be easy to get power from the wires going to the console outlet, running them to LED lamps installed under the seats.

You would need 2 of these they're the footwell ambient lighting modules.

You would have to find a 5V power source nearby and either make or buy a Y cable for each side.

I have actually done it some time ago. They are working separately from front and they include orange/white ambient. I will take some pictures tomorrow and share them
