I'm running it. No problems. Was informed it's not needed BPM. [IMG][/IMG]

It's an emissions defeat device and consequently violates the Clean Air Act. Best of luck.

Yea I was worried about that but would be very easy to screw your oil fill cap back on for test.😎

Forgive my ignorance, but I've never seen these before. What is it supposed to do? And anyone who has it, any reviews?

It has a check ball valve that opens at .25 psi and ensures your crankcase never over pressurizes. The N55 PCV system is highly effective so there's claims that it doesn't help. I'll find the article where's there's a test on a N55 about positive crankcase pressure.

Scroll down to the N55 test

I can sleep at night after pumping 20psi through my engine knowing my seals aren't blown out.

I read as much as I could at this time of morning.

Seems an interesting, if not somewhat technical, read. So, if one were to have a failing PCV, would this be at least a temporary quick fix until the valve cover could be replaced?

I had one on my last engine for a bit. Helped reduce burning oil from a bent rod that took awhile to let go. To that effect, I think more people use it as a band-aid than an actual solution to a problem.
