Error when update

Hello

I have BMw f20 (2012) and I wanted to update my bm on ista D in the update software tab and when I start the update, I have an error message (see photo).

I never change the FEM or whatever. I had a 10 inch android screen mounted but for the update I handed the original one.

I also said that I had already made some changes with e-sys (fog light in reverse, sport display ..)

I try to do retrofit install fem in the tab control unit replacement but same error

Has anyone ever had the trouble?

Thank you
