Euro Rear Foglights on F3X?

Has anyone installed the euro light switch on there cars? I have on a few e90's but want to ensure it works on the F3X w/o any coding/wiring needed as mentioned at the ECS link below -

Bulb's are already installed in stock housing, but not sure if you need a new switch or if it can be modified like E9x. I have read from multiple folks on this forum that e-sys coding of the ecm is required.

Thanks for the reply - I was hoping it'sd be plug & play like the previous generation.

I'd be curious to know if the car is already wired for it.

Sweet! I was referring to the panel on the dash where the headlight switch is. Are our cars pre-wired to accept the switch from ECS?
