Compression test - how much psi is considered to be a healthy engine?

I did a compression today. Under dry test the numbers are as follow:
Cylinder 1 - 230
Cylinder 2 - 240
Cylinder 3 - 245
Cylinder 4 - 245
Cylinder 5 - 245
Cylinder 6 - 245

Under wet test they are around 270 - 275 psi.

Also I see some white smoke coming out from the spark plug hole on cylinder 6 when I did the wet compression test. Is this due to the burning oil?
