Saw the car in the same specs at the BMW PGA Wentworth tournament last week. Looks great in the metal.
Coolest two features are one can open the tailgate glass on its own and the M sport steering wheel. |

rwd & m-sport & winter?
Would love to get this with msport and no awd (less weight) - is that a good idea in Chicago winters? Would winter tires solve my problems?
OR if igo with awd hecan the bmw performance sway bars can be added to this combination? Finally can the performance parts be ordered at the time of purchase? I would love to get this car on ED and get the performance air filter, muffler and sway from the factory directly. Thanks. George |

Jealous. That's exactly what I want, though I doubt they'll offer the 3.0d in the US. If they do, with an m/t, I'll take it.

F11 would be nice but I will settle for the F31. Just a slightly tighter squeeze with the 2 kids and wife...but that's why we have a roof box

second picture's angle still worries me as on the f30. If they would've just put the nose up where the hoodline ends it would really look awesome from every angle possible instead of all but one. This car will need major M-sport-ing to make it look good, more than E90 needed

That is one good looking wagon. I love the silver roof rails. Very nice.
I second the concern about the sperm whale bulge on the hood, but unless BMW decides to implement the pop up hood, we'll have to live either with a bulge like this one or an overly tall headlamps found in most other new vehicles. |

Okay, something was bothering me about the Estoril Blue car and now this one has driven me over the edge. Why does the ride height on these F31 M-Sports look like an SUV? I was dead set on ordering a F31 M-Sport in Estoril over black in sport automatic with premium, cold, tech and xenons but now I'm not so sure. My E91 Sport is slammed compared to this thing. What gives

Whats up with the two cut lines on either side of the strip of the body panel at the front-top of the hood with the logo in the center?
it looks like the cut lines actually cut into the chrome grille surround. in the side profile it looks like string to hold up the license plate? Its a shame that grille can't be blacked out. George |
