Do not do a cap cost reduction, throw $ at MSD if you have it to spare.

Those options do not add up to $57,075, but going by this msrp, your invoice is around $53,200, minus the 1K incentive is $52,200.
What exactly is your sales price, and what is the doc fee? Those two and the money factor are negotiable, the rest is not.
Let's say your sales price including doc fee is about $500 over invoice. With good credit and base money factor (.00138 for May) you're looking at about $587 per month before taxes (per spreadsheet here: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=830104).
With max MSD's (as already suggested) it comes down to $544 per month before taxes.
I see several problems: no break down of the 'fees'/'add on', you should not put a down payment on a lease (use cash for MSD's instead) and the dealer is marking up the money factor. You might be thousands away from a good deal here.

.. I was going to say that the fact pattern didn't come out to be that monthly payment.

Where in this are the acquisition ($925) and doc (dealer decides) fees hiding?
The cap cost after 'discount', 'fees' and 'add on' is about $600-700 over invoice, so not too bad. But .00158 MF and the down payment are not good.
