435ix MAF Sensor errors

Wondering if anyone can help with the following errors. I installed and CTS Intake and charge pipe. I didn't get any check engine lights and the car feels like it runs great. Last weekend I ran a diagnostic on the ODB2 port preparing to go to a stage 1 map and I ran into the following error codes:

108001 - Diagnosis monitors the upper voltage limit of the intake air temperature sensor after air filter.
Malfunction monitoring conditions
The fault is detected whenever the voltage of intake air temperature sensor is greater than 5V.

102a01 - The diagnosis monitors whether a signal from the HFM airflow sensor is present.
Malfunction monitoring conditions
The fault is detected whenever the period duration of the HFM signal is zero.

108010 - Diagnosis monitors the voltage of the intake air temperature sensor after air filter in terms of impermissible large surges.
Malfunction monitoring conditions
The fault is detected whenever the difference between the raw voltage value and the low-pass filtered voltage value is greater than 1 V.

I thought most of the errors were due to the MAF sensor, so I properly cleaned it out with an MAF cleaning spray. Before I change the MAF sensor out for $170, does anyone else have any recommendations? Are these fault codes normal due to the CTS Intake install and increased air flow? Any suggestions or advice would be grateful. Thanks
