Any suggestion for the sport seat cushion?
So I am thinking of purchasing the cushion for my 2017 440i so i can protect my sport seats from wrinkles and damage.
Any recommendation for the cushion that has a similar fitment to my car? |

Whats the point of having nice seats if you can't enjoy it? You paid for that seat. Use it, feel the leather against your skin. Caress it, stroke it, pet it, hug it, rub it up, flip it, smack it down. That seat was meant to be used, are you going to deny it's purpose in life? When the time comes, just pay to have it reupholstered. At least you got to enjoy it for all those years.

Your talking about Dakota leather? That leather has so many layers of plastic it's basically indestructible. My seats after almost 5 years still looked like new. Only very slight wear on the drivers side hip bolster.

seat covers, wraps, 3M film, etc. to prevent car from looking used and old. you can also put it in the garage and leave it there it will really stay new or what about don't even buy it in the first place, then it can't get damages, nicks, scratches and dents, swirls and chips.. lol

It is like buying a super thin iPhone and putting on one of those heavy duty cases which practically turns the phone into a brick. Just enjoy your seats!, worst case you can always get it fixed.

When leather seats are properly cared for, they will last a very long time. Buy some leather cleaner/conditioner and do the seats once a quarter (15 minute job). Use a sunshade if you park outside in the sun. The coral red seats in my F30 are 4 years old and still look and smell new because I take the time to maintain them.

Just like roundel335 said. You just need to apply leather conditioner once or twice a year (I just do it every spring). Wipes on ... wipes off. Car smells nice, and is almost no effort.
