Ignore the little bit of white you see there, it's the fog light brackets that the shop painted white in error. Otherwise it's hard to tell I have fog lights from farther away. I changed the fog lights to brighter white ones too, so I still get the benefits of the fogs but less conspicuous.
Love this idea, I've been thinking about doing the same on my car after seeing yours. The white brackets in behind are hardly noticeable, I wouldn't sweat it.

It's the angle and quality of the photo. When I walk to the car I definitely notice.. or maybe I'm OCD who knows?

Yeah it's why I did it! I thought it was a waste to toss the fog lights especially since who knows when I'll need it (used it recently even), but didn't like the look of them on my car.

Ah, OK - I'll get with David then.

I had their steel E92 M3 hood on my 328 back in the day - in fact, the pic they use on eBay for that hood is my car

Fitment was spot on - had my local shop paint/install it, they stated they had no problems...

I need to do that bumper conversion. Where did you get the bumper? Are there any additional parts that need to be replaced with it?

Just get with david at ikon i ordered my hood prepainted i didnt want to deal with the hassle of getting it painted
As far as additional parts no everything swaps over from the old hood to the new one
It took me maybe 10 minutes to install the hood and swap everything over

Awesome look. I had my eye on that style hood. Did the one you order come with rain guards for the vents when washing or when it is raining?

The vents are nonfunctional pure cosmetic. i took off the top two vents to make the blowoff valve sound louder
