Yes it is. Im going to redo them soon, but they are the vivid light smoke tint from amazon. Like $12 a roll

Left one had a small wrinkle thats starting to get bigger. The vinyl itself is durable I believe, pretty thick material.

I think they only come in one size, but a couple feet by 1 foot should be plenty to do each tail light. Didnt take long, maybe an hour for both sides. Just use a heat gun and squeegee.

May i suggest that you spend a little more and get a premium vinyl, the ones that have "microscopic air canals"

You don't need to use soap and water, only hot air to heat it up during installation. It's super durable and very easy to install, even if it's your first time.

I've tried various cheap vinyls and it's a pita to install them, they're often very thick and stiff. And when using soap and water it's much easier to get air bubbles under the wrap.

I have tried this brand and would very much recommend it

The vinyl I used has air release technology and serves its purpose quite well. At only $12 a roll, it can also be replaced without affecting the bank account any time. But, to each their own.

I was just giving him some advice and shared my experience

Of course there are exceptions and I'm glad you found a product that works well both for your wallet and car.

Might be a good place to start if he never tried wrapping before.

But as they all say, you get what you pay for!
