Hello All, It's time for me to transfer the lease of my fully loaded 2016 M235i Convertible 6MT with port installed M Performance parts. The car is in excellent condition. No stories here. You'll love her! This is a clean lease transfer where I'm simply looking for someone to take over my payments for the remaining 17 months. No MSDs or down payments to worry about. The car had an original MSRP of $62,095. I have attached the original options list for your reference, but have also included the full specs/options list below: 2016 M235i Convertible RWD 6 Speed Manual Melbourne Red Metallic Black Dakota Leather Black Soft Top Cold Weather Package Driver Assistance Package Technology Package Harman/Kardon Premium Sound System Port Installed M-Performance Accessories: Z06 Black Kidney Grilles Z1T Chrome Exhaust Tips Z21 Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps Z24 Stainless Steel Pedals Z2Q Carbon Fiber & Alcantara trim Z2S CF gear knob w/ Alcantara boot Z40 Performance Analyzer IOS Z4F Carbon Fiber brake handle Z62 Wheel Locks ZA5 M Perf Exhaust w/ Rear Diffuser ZJ5 BMW First Aid Kit ZJ8 LED Door Projector Accessories Total: $5,775.00 TOTAL MSRP: $62,095.00 In addition to the above port installed options, I added the following immediately after taking delivery: OEM M235i Orbit Grey Wheels M Performance Carbon Fiber rear spoiler M Performance front lip (modified fangs) M Performance side skirt decals IND painted front bumper side reflectors LLumar Pinnacle Formula One Tint (30% all around) M235i badge delete from trunklid Short antenna The car will come will ALL of the above parts included. You can return the car at the end of the lease as is, or you can remove the additional parts I added after delivery and sell them for a profit before you turn in your lease. It's your choice. Original Lease Term: 33 months Allowed Mileage: 10k/year (27.5K total) Current Vehicle Mileage: 13,021 Months Remaining: 17 Remaining Miles: 852/month (10,224/yr) Excess Charge Per Mile: $0.25 Lease Start Date: 9/28/2016 Lease End Date: 6/28/2019 Residual: $40,982.70 Current Payoff: $47,876.38 (Good through 1/25/18) Factory Warranty until September 28th, 2020. Monthly Lease Payment: $508.42 + Tax (My CA tax is $41.94/month, which is 8.25%. Yours will vary based on your location) NO DOWN PAYMENT OR MSDs! BMW Lease Transfer Fee: $542 paid out to BMW directly, not me. However, I will reimburse the full $542 cost at the completion of the lease transfer to the new owner. The lease transfer process takes roughly 7-10 business days to complete. The process time can be as quick as 5 days if both parties are quick to fill out forms, talk to BMW, etc. I will work closely with the buyer to ensure a quick and smooth transaction. Here is how the lease transfer process works: Step 1: I will have BMW send you a credit app to complete. You will receive the link via email and be asked to pay a $542 transfer fee online directly to BMW. If you do not meet their credit requirements, BMW will refund $400 of the $542 back to you. They will keep the remainder for their processing fees. I will not reimburse any funds paid/lost due to a rejected credit application. If your credit is approved, then we move forward to Step 2. Step 2: After your credit is approved, BMW will email both you and I a few forms to complete. These forms need to be signed/completed and mailed back to BMW. Once they receive the forms from both sides, they will send each of us email confirmations stating the documents have been received and are under review. We will then move to Step 3. Step 3: This is the final step in the process. BMW sends us both an email confirming all documentation has been reviewed and completed accurately, which then allows me to release the vehicle to you. When you come to pick up the vehicle, I will provide you with cash or a check for $542 to cover your transfer/application fees. So basically, I am looking for a clean transfer. No down payments or security deposits to worry about. Plus, I’m covering your $542 fee. Based on how loaded this vehicle is, this is a very attractive payment. I love this car and have taken exceptional care of her over the past year+, so I'm looking forward to sending her to a great home. The car is located in Danville, CA and is available immediately. I am open to shipping the vehicle if buyer sets up the shipping logistics and pays all shipping costs. Please reach out to me with any questions. Thanks!
