Adding a ring on drum bore is not the most safe modification ...

I am not aware of any other solution if you purchased the wrong rear rotors. I am not sure if there is a 330mm rear rotors with smaller inner drum dia that can fit as over here, it is very limited.
I guess if you do handbrake turns etc, there maybe an issue?.
For me, the handbrake is not used at all except parking on an incline so i had no issue after using for 20k km. Anyway, I am just sharing what my workshop did to overcome the wrong rear rotors.

Typically an m sport could not be unpainted.
Always is blue monte carlo.
However a std version brake of x35i is coming with unpainted brembo 4pot rotors fronts that only can be equiped with 340mm diameter rotors .
So answer is NO !
For 370mm rotors (or 380mm on f8x series) brembos are coming with different version/dimensions .
Hope this helps

So, I have a 340i xDrive without M Sport. If I want to install the M performance brakes, what would I need?

I have a 2013 335xi M sport, but do not have the blue M sport brakes. Would like to get the BMW decal to put on my silver calipers. Where is the best place to get the decals. Checked out eBay, but not sure if they are the same as OEM. Thanks.

That would have to be a hell of a decal, brakes are typically painted with high temperature (resistant) paint and are one of the more abusive places on a car due to all the dust, grime, heat, etc.

I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer for. I have 2015 328i M Sport with the staggered wheels. (No upgraded brakes).

Can I run 17" wheels for winter? Tire Rack's tool says I need 18" wheels minimum.

At least 18" Wheels are needed if front brake rotor is 370mm diameter.
If your car does not have the 18" M Performance Brakes or the "BIG version" Sport Brake upgrade with blue calipers (also with 370mm rotor), you will be fine with 17" wheels.

So I have a question, I recently bought the Msport brake kit and the front was ear but I'm having a problem with the rears. Im trying to replace the rear brake dust shields. Seems like the rear hubs and drum brake assembly needs to be come off completely in order for me to replace the oem dust shield to the bigger dust shield that goes with the big rotors / brake kit. Is there any other way to get the dust shield replaced ?

I arranged for my brother in law to have his 328i done up with M Performance bbk and his stock dust shield is the same as the kit as we ordered new by vin #.
If you have to replace the dust shield, the proper way is to remove the hub but you can damage the bearings so what i did with mine was to find the narrowest area on the dust shield and cut a slot then do the same for the stock one, unbolt and pry out. You then reverse the process to fit the new one.

2. Brake sensor is only one infront and one at the rear.

You have a 435i that already comes with the bigger dust shield. That dust shield is designed for cars that are sub 35i lines i.e. 320i, 328i since they have smaller brakes and a smaller hub.
If you replace your dust shields, you will just be putting on the same size again.

And yes the hubs must be pressed off. Not an easy DIY job.

kemiksiz I think you need to get the whole set like StopTech for example.

I only looked in my listing what the BMW offers are. For other possible combination there are forum members that know much better than I do. Sorry can't help.
