BMW tell me its idrive 6, they say its standard nav but thats all they could tell me over the phone. Any idea how i tell which nav version it is?

I have the media option of Video but i cant actually see the file, when ive changed it to an mp4 i can see the file in audio and play the file but only the audio plays. Its not visible in video though
