How can you tell if you're Pre-LCI?
Hey guys, just curious if there's a way to see if you're LCI or not? I know the cutoff is 2015 when checking the VIN, But I think mine is LCI with a 2014 production date? Any sure way to know?

MY2016 and onward is LCI for f30/31. Mid 2015 prod date is LCI. If yours is 2014, its not LCI. You'd know too since you'd have the new LED style lights or tails.

If you have the taillights with curved lines, that's LCI, if you have the straight tail lights, that's pre-LCI. That's the easiest way to tell, assuming the PO didn't switch out the tail lights.

Wow that's easy to know. I'm PreLCI then. Was curious because I am looking at new angel eye headlights and apparently you can't use pre LCI with LCI. Much love. |

For the tail lights you can easily get OEM LCI rears. I have them on my car. Install and coding is easy
