Usually you'd gain slightly (and I mean slightly) more hp/tq but nowhere near enough to be noticeable so even if you lost some (which I'm almost 100% sure you wont) you won't notice it.

So I have done both resonators and muffler deleted and it sounds really nice and all, but drone is horrendous, I was thinking of putting cutouts right before my Mufflers but I don't know if any cutouts made in that diameter.. but resonators costed me $60 each time I did them so it was $120 total but if I did it all at once would've been $60 and a cleaner job, but everyone always says my car sounds great, even a cop pulled next to me and said it sounds nice. Also for those that feel like back pressure is lost, you're probably right, but get an intake and it would make pickup a lot more responsive and makes a very very small difference in burbles, but it makes them burble for longer and also when changing gears it sounds insane. My brother killed me after he found out I spent $450 for intake, mirrors, and spoiler.

Can I do it on the MPPSK? I'm about to get my short shifter installed which require removing cat back anyway. If so I might as well get it done as the same time.

I may be incorrect but I think if u look at the rear back box assembly it has bypass pipes for in or sport or sport + mode. Which once u switch from comfort to them it closes of the flaps that make it run through the rear silencer in comfort mode. It Has no resonators in the mid pipes tho. Found a quick pic

With the valves open it's pretty much a straight pipe except for the downpipe. If it's not loud enough in sport/sport + then there's not much that can be done after that. but you can play with the flaps and see if keeping them open 100% of the time is for you.
